Acceptance of Terms. By using https://drycreekbrushworks.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services. Dry Creek Brushworks provides Forestry Mulching, Brush Mulching, Site Preparation, Driveway Construction, Gravel Driveway Installation, Vegetation Management, Underbrush Clearing, Driveway Contractor and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. Dry Creek Brushworks (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Dry Creek Brushworks reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. Dry Creek Brushworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Dry Creek Brushworks's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Dry Creek Brushworks from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OK, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OK.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
